BEFORE YOU HIRE A MECHANIC TO REPLACE YOUR HEAD GASKET READ THE FACTS

Mechanic shops will be the first to tell you that Thermagasket will not work, clog your cooling system or ruin your engine. Keep in mind mechanics are in business to make money, and there is no money for them if you choose to use Thermagasket.

WHAT THEY NEGLECT TO TELL YOU IS THE HIGH RATE OF HEAD GASKET REPLACEMENT FAILURES
(And most shops will not guarantee the head gasket replacement )

There is no factual data as to the percentage of head gasket replacements that fail due to faulty repair.

Hi. My name is Gordon & I own a 1995 Land Rover Series11 Discovery on dual fuel. Traveling up North of Australia, we overheated and took it to a Preferred mechanical workshop, who was told, we are losing coolant and overheated. The Disco was left there and were advised that  head gasket was blown. The estimate of repair was advised at $1500 aus ), but received the Disco 5 days later with an invoice for $2300.00. Within the next 24 hours, we overheated again, and was advised the problem was the head gasket..again. Although the heads have NOT been removed  at his time, there is water spots on no 3 spark plug and our mechanic tends to think that the block is cracked. We cannot afford to install another 2nd hand engine. Does your product/ repair cracked blocks/ heads  for this type of vehicle, and if so, what costs are involved. Are your products available in Australia? Can you offer advice at all please?

ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS STORIES

Our 80 plus year old customer called regarding his 1998 Cadillac Northstar a bit frantic. His vehicle had approx 80,000 miles when it started overheating. He took the vehicle into his local repair shop who quoted him over $5000.00 to replace the head gaskets and do all related work. The service manager recommended that he would be better off replacing the engine with a rebuilt. Heeding the advice given,  he paid $4800.00 plus shipping to have the rebuilt engine shipped 2500 miles from the rebuilder. They performed the installation and replaced the entire cooling system for another approximate  $2800.00. Within days of receiving the vehicle back it was overheating again! Upon taking the vehicle back he was informed that the head gaskets were  leaking.  The company he purchased the engine from was more than happy to warranty the faulty engine as long as he had it removed from the vehicle and shipped back to them, but the shop was not going to remove and reinstall the engine for free! He placed his order, we shipped the Thermagasket and now his car is repaired.

I asked him how he had heard about us, and surprisingly he said through one of the mechanics at the repair shop.

“The mechanic said what do you have to lose at this point.”

MY QUESTION WAS WHAT DID HE HAVE TO LOSE BEFORE SPENDING  $7600.00?

Before you spend a dime having your Head Gasket replaced ask yourself...What do you have to lose?
